LEVEL
Unfortunately the education system prevailing in India is

good for rich and urban middle class population as they

can afford to pay high fees of private Schools . However
low income class and poor are worst sufferer of the
existing education system.
The poor and rural
population
is dependent upon government schools
which lack poor infrastructure and poor quality .

There is need for nationalization of all private schools so

that every citizen whether rich or poor has access to
school till secondary education. There should be no
private schools and children from all the sections of the
society should study under one roof run by Govt School.
The government should make a fundamental right to
provide free, compulsory and uniform education to all,
till secondary level.
All schools to have double shift
resources.

FREE EDUCATION FOR ALLGATEWAY TO CASTELESS SOCIETY

Just imagine there are no private and public
schools. There are no schools for rich and
elite. There is only one school system run by
government. Everybody rich or poor has
easy access to school admissions, whether
one is in small village or small town or metro
city. The children study under a common
dress code. If such a system exists then
automatically we land up with a casteless
society .
The existing private schools can be
nationalized like Govt of India nationalized
Banks .

Funds for Free Education

Raising of funds for free education cannot
be a problem if we start Social Security
Fund which gets contribution from
employees once the students get
employment as is the trend in most of
European countries.
The regular employees contribution goes
to State Social Security fund which in turn
provides free education and health to all
citizens. This is a wise situation for both
citizens and govt. which provides good
services through peoples own money.

MAD RUSH FOR TUTIONS A Strain on

resources of middle class
Parents have to work hard to earn to meet high cost of
schooling.
The parents are forced into never ending lust for career
build up of their children right from class VIII onwards.
The children are put on stress. They have to face
competition from class VIII to get subjects of their choice
from class IX. Then they are forced to prepare for
competitive exams for IIT or Medical.
The people connected with this are earning money to train
students for intelligent solutions and reasoning to excel in
entrance exams. The talent, the manpower and the money
spent on such competitions is total waste from a nation
growth perspective.

Political System Needs to

Change
The political system in India has gone for worst
with no ethics left .Hence we need harsh
measurements to bring it to a respectful
profession which is meant for service of its citizens
.The measures defined below are extreme but it is
required as ethics have gone to lowest .
Constitutional changes may be required for
implementation under a strong leader .If a strong
political leader fails to come up then other option
is to have limited military interference plus
Presidents rule for some time , so that political
changes can be incorporated in constitution.

No Security Cover
No MLA/ MP /Minister should be
given any security cover except
Prime Minister. The members are
elected to serve the public and not
create problems for others. Still if
they want, let them have their own
private security at their own cost.

Curtail Powers
Make rules so that elected representatives have no powers to
interfere in day-to-day working of government bodies. If they
are not satisfied with performance of government officers, then
they can raise issue to department head through letters/
meetings and the problem persists then they can reach CVC or
parliament or media.
Need to make rules so that MP/MLA as an individual has no say
and he is only a watchdog. Let RWA(Resident Welfare
Associations) / government bureaucrats work out on solutions
for community and let experts do planning.
Need to ban elected representatives from heading governing
bodies. Instead individuals who are experts in their fields like
renowned engineers, doctors, lawyers, professors should be
selected to head such bodies. Members of CS can also head if
found suitable.

MPs/MLAs wont be given any special accommodation. They can
be allotted flats Type IV ment for gazetted officers but
bangalows .
Implementation of firm laws to ban political rallies anywhere
,celebrating birthdays of politicians at the cost of public,
celebrating victory in elections, celebrating oath ceremony of
political leaders on winning elections and forming government.
No party to be allowed to roll out any appeasement for any
religious group on public places.
Declaring holidays and naming of roads, streets and projects on
political leaders has to be banned.
Only one member from a family can contest elections.
Removal of the power of Ministers /Chief Ministers to transfer
police officers and other government officials.

not to police or penalize industries and interfere in
their working. Corporations to faciliate single
window clearance and to liase with govt for

meet enviormental norms.

simple without any financial burdon to
enterprenuers .This will enable sale of unused /sick

To narrow the gap between rich and poor
and to keep a tab on the use of black
money in lavish wedding parties, the
government can impose a luxury tax on
lavish parties and high cost luxury
valuables like diamond jewellery, leather
goods, designer apparels, cosmetics etc.
Thus every wedding party on farm houses
or five star hotels has to declare budget
and costs. People throwing such parties

/Tribal Areas

In tribal areas prone to Maoist inhabitation, local block

development officer, one senior military officer and a
platoon of about 500 soldiers to be stationed. The BDO
(Block Development Officer) can persue local gangs to
come to main stream else face war .
The local leaders can be asked to identify the areas for
development of local area in respect of agriculture, herbal
products, minerals extraction, tourism, solar farms, hydel
projects, irrigation, fisheries etc. Various professors of local
engineering, physical sciences, botany, biologists to work
in tribal areas and join the BDO team in local development
of nearby areas.

and development of tribal areas and submit

Mass employment schemes through development of bio parks,
herbal parks, sports parks and tourist parks all along the Ganges
Plains from Rishikesh to Kolkata.
Connectivity of all rivers from north to south. This will generate
massive employment opportunities and economic upliftment of
areas.
Development of environment friendly and self-sustaining towns, so
called future Smart Green Cities which will be close to old existing
cities. But all new towns to come 100 km away from existing
towns to decongest existing towns.
Open venues for tourist in remote tribal areas. They will also promote rich,
flora and fauna of India and tribal areas as tourism hot spots. India has a
very rich flora and fauna. Much of the fauna is protected by law. We have 66
National Parks, 333 wild life Sanctuaries and 35 zoological gardens in the
country.
The State governments can develop projects for minerals extraction,
tourism, solar farms, and hydel projects. CSE must wet and clear or say
NO to all future projects in defined time .
