EXECUTION AND CONTROL
Project Management is 20% planning and 80% tracking
and control
Executing, monitoring and controlling project progress
is important to detecting issues, problems and
solutions early enough to quickly get the project back
on schedule so the objectives are still met
The emphasis of the Execution and Control Phase is to
ensure that each deliverable achieves the desired
results, in the designated period, within the designated
cost, and using the specified allocated resources
To ensure the accomplishment of that goal, continuous
supervision of the project is required

current and can be implemented as soon as the
situation warrants

CLOSURE
