Excellence through People and Process
Theodore Permadi Rachmat was with Astra International for over 31-years which include
16-years as its CEO. In his tenure, Astra became one of the biggest and best-managed
corporations in Indonesia with a reputation for excellence in strategic management, people
management, marketing and customer satisfaction.
After his retirement from Astra International, T.P. Rachmat dedicated his time
and experience to build Triputra. Since the beginning, he believed that
business growth must have balanced between a lean system behind the scenes
and competent people out in the field. This balance is reflected in the Triputra

markets. In collaboration with Koyo Sangyo Co.,
Ltd. and Konishi Co.,Ltd. Japan, Lemindo has
further developed its business with international
partners since early 90s. In 2011, Lemindo has
expanded its business to Vietnam and begun
its business expansion in Building Material
with the production of Instant Cement .
