Grievance Redressal System- Employee grievances are
logged through a centralized grievance redressal system.
Branch Grievance Coordinators and the Corporate Grievance
Process Lead perform weekly and monthly reviews to ensure
quality grievance resolution by the HR team

Teach Leaders are expected to teach. Regular reports of
their teaching sessions are sent to their respective managers.
