Sankey Prasad – Managing Director


A civil Engineer with 23 years project and construction management experience in India, South Africa and
the Middle East, his particular expertise is in the planning procurement and construction stages. Projects
include commercial complexes, large- scale residential developments.
With his understanding of the design process and hands- on experience on construction work together with
his leadership skills and commitment to quality, schedule, cost, procedures and safety, he is at the helms of
Synergy, over viewing the entire process.

Jayant Vaitha – Director Design


An architect with Masters Degree in Urban Design from CEPT Ahmadabad, Jayant Vaitha has over 20 years
of experience in Architecture, Master Planning and Interior Designing and on design development and
technical co-ordination of several commercial, mixed land use and large scale projects in India and abroad.
He has led several design projects including Burj-al-Arab, Canary Wharf Phase III, First India Place,
Gurgaon, Bengal Intelligent Park - Kolkata, First Technology Place- Bangalore, including large scale
Residential, Mixed Use and Commercial Building. He has been primarily been responsible for planning,
design, production drawings including contract administration.

Sridhar Kandal – Head of Design
An architect with post graduation from SPA and 8 years of experience in Dubai, UK
and India, Sridhar heads the concept design team for Synergy. Sridhar brings to the team
extensive experience in cutting edge design in field of architecture.
Sridhar has been instrumental in winning several international competition such as
New Sofitel Thalasso Zollaq, a Five Star Spa Resort Hotel and several large development
in Dubai

Shabbir T.K.- Chief Architect
An Architect from Sir L.S.Raheja College of Architecture
Mumbai, Shabbir has more than 22 years of experience in
Design and Production in Master planning, Residential and
Commercial Building in India and Middle East.
Shabbir’s experience includes the leading international
Firms such as Atkins India, RSP Architects and with
Architect Hafeez Contractor in Mumbai

He was also instrumental in design of Marriott at Kochi for


Lulu Group.
