Meditations from an Illumined Master

Concentrate on light, rest in light, melt
into light, soak yourself in light, picture
the whole universe bathed in light..

Imagine dazzling light in which everything-
suns, angels and archangels- throb and vibrate
as though they were fused into one infinite
ocean. This ocean of light, into which all forms
melt and blend, is the true image of God.
Put all your cares to one side and concentrate
on light as though everything, even your very life,
depended on it.

Picture it white and
incandescent and join your
voice to that of the
initiates as they say, I am
a particle of particles of
the incandescent soul.
When you concentrate
completely on light, you
will sense it as a vibrant,
throbbing, quivering ocean
of peace, happiness and
joy..
You will also sense it as perfume and music, the cosmic
symphony we call the music of the spheres, the song of the
universe.
Breathe in light, breathe out the ebb and flow
of our breathing is the key to all the rhythms of
the universe

Imagine you are drawing in light as you breathe in
and as you breathe out, imagine you are radiating it
into your whole being
Whenever your soul is overshadowed by grief, difficulty or
doubt ,talk to the light about it. Ask it to enter you and
bring light to your heart and mind.
If you want to help
those in difficulty send
them rays of light,
imagine that they are
being penetrated
through and through by
those rays.


You can imagine purple, blue, green, yellow,
orange and red light but white light is primordial.
It combines the qualities of the other colours in
one.
Whenever you have a free moment, close your
eyes and fix your mind on the image of light
that pervades all things, the source of all
blessings.

When you do this exercise together, forget
everything else and concentrate on radiating light
for the whole world.
There is no more worthy, more glorious or
more potent work than this work with light. If
you really want to devote yourself to
something truly great and noble, this is it;
there is none other.
