Philosophy to DepEd
Mission-Vision
To protect and promote the right of every Filipino to
quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education where:

Students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe,

Administrators and staff, as stewards of the Institution, ensure an
