represent what a person considers important
to life. These are concepts or ideas, explaining
what is good, effective, just and worth having.
These serve as standards by which we
determine a particular thing good or bad,
desirable or undesirable, worthy or
unworthy.
BASIC VALUES
are traits or qualities that are being
considered not just worthwhile, it represents
an individual or groups highest priorities,
deeply held beliefs, and core, fundamental
driving forces.

HEALTH
Health implies physical fitness
and cleanliness. Physical fitness
means being in a state of good
health. Cleanliness means to
remove all dirt to impurities
from something. It involves
keeping the body, mind, soul and
the environment clean.
TRUTH
Truth implies the tireless quest
for knowledge in all its forms. It
is not enough that you know, one
must develop creative and
critical thinking.
LOVE
No matter what our profession
is, whether a teacher, a home-
maker, a lawyer or a laborer,
what matters is the spirit of love
that we express towards each
other in all that we do.
LOVE
The moral nature of the human
being places primacy in the
value of love. It also implies the
quest for personal integrity and
the development of self worth or
self- esteem, honesty, and
personal discipline, which are
marks of a mature person and as
a useful citizen.
SPIRITUALLY
How you represent what you
believe in when it comes to religion
or spirituality, and sticking to what
you believe in. This calls for daily
growing in love to God, repentance
and reconciliation.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Social interaction among individual
and groups must be characterized
by concern for others and common
good, the love of freedom, the
democratic principle of equality
and respect for human.
ECONOMIC SUFFICIENCY
Mastery over the resources of
nature and creative imagination in
solution of complex problems.
NATIONALISM
The spirit of nationalism and
patriotism means love of country.
Its people has distinct political unit
bound by a common history,
committed to a common cause.
GLOBAL SOLIDARITY
It is the idea of everybody in
the world working together.
Nationalism must go beyond
boundaries of a nation towards
regional and global solidarity
based on international
understanding and cooperation
in search of peace and justice
in the community of nations.
