Venture and not FDI
Brooks brothers hold 51% stake and reliance
49% in the new entity
Financial details of the partnership was not
disclosed
Fifth joint venture of reliance brands after
Diesel, Ermenegildo Zegna, Hamleys PLC and
Steven Madden Ltd.
STORES
Exclusive mono-brand stores were opened
They have entire range of only menswear
Womens wear are expected to come later
Initially 5 stores were opened at Mumbai, New
Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Chandigarh
They also have a parallel focus on Hyderabad
and Kolkata
