Well. Ladies and gentlemen. Do you ever print a file?
Do you know the way how to print a file?

O.K. In this good time I would like to tell you some steps
how to print a file.

Before I tell you about the steps, here are some tools we
need. What are they?

They are laptop or computer unit, printer, USB cable, and
electricity socket and some papers.

Here are some steps to print a file. First, Plug in
the cable of printer into the electricity socket and
turn the printer on.

And then, plug the cable of the printer into the
USB hole. Open the file that you want to print.

After that, Click File. And then click print.

Well ladies and gentlemen Do you know whats
the next?, You should Check if the printers name
is the same as the one you are going to use.

for the name of the printer that you are
going to use by clicking on the small
