Alam local alliance
Mandate the barangays to gather data based on Abot-Alam
template/format

Undertake local level advocacy campaign to generate support for the

Exchange of letters -- LGU letter of intent and commitment
to undertake Abot-Alam, DepEd reply letter acknowledging
the citys/ provinces participation in the program
First meeting with the local Abot-Alam alliance (Deployment
