To provide the best services in the field of tourism by providing handling services in domestic
and foreign tourism.
To intensify efforts to promote the existing tourism destination in our state and elsewhere
introduce the potential for commercialization and provide access to any form of advice
related to the field of tourism.
To face the competition and expand the market.
To create more products, product diversification, and shaping a more creative tourism
products.
To handling domestic tourism and plans to promote various tourism concept by focusing on
the current market demand as commercial travel packages, programs homestays package
based on 'ecotourism' and other concepts of tour packages.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, my objective for industrial training is 90% achieved. I learn many new things along
my practical training such as ticketing, manage a tour, answering the telephone calls and to have
a good communication between customer. I am glad because I can do the entire task given
successfully. Industrial training at this organization has tested the skills and understanding in
receiving and implementing the instruction.

As an intern, I have committed my time to the organization very strong. I arrive at the office
around 8.30am daily because I have a responsibility to open the door and I leave the office later
at 5.30pm after all the staffs were leave. I also show the best attitude in work as it will reflect our
personal performance.

Furthermore, I also get helped from all staff when I get the task from the officer and it will easy to
me to do the job successfully and smoothly. I also get the opportunity to build the good
relationship from the customers when I have to show good communication skills to them.

Therefore, Jagong Mas Travel Sdn Bhd is the best place for student to going through their
practical training because there are many things that they can learn in this travel agency. All
experienced that I got is priceless and I hope I will practice what I had learned at this organization
and class theory for my future job.
