1. Labour control:

Store list : Hand tools store control
Store list : Handling the special or normal equipments from main contractor or
owner supplied.
Store list : Receiving equipments records (photo copy etc.) e.g.Cable drums,
accessories etc.
Store list : Equipments' placing records (location records).
Use list : how many number use, e.g. Particular of material, number, amount,
date & time.
Damage list : handtools lost list, material damage list and reason.
Summary : Balance of handtools, equipments etc.
Security condition : security condition in site, preparation & protection
procedures, insurance etc.
Buy list : depends on the project requirement order list, as in condition of job
some equipments and accessories emergency buying list, handtools buying list.
Borrow and rent :Some equipments or handtools must be bought.
. Technical Arrangement :

Before preparation : before project start the time is pre arrangement


time, so it should be studied about the following features of project :

. Contract documents and agreement.
. Technical specification ( site drawing, circuit drawing, catlogs,
cable list, connection or termination diagrams, operation procedure,
basic theory, rule & regulations.
3.2 Preparation for shop drawings, real working drawing
( construction drawings ), list of material, circuit, handnotes etc.
Running procedure : within installation, cabling, connection time, so it
should be make sure any location drawing, shop drawin, cable list, circuit
diagrams, connection diagrams, catlogs, hand notes.
3.3.1 List out the requirements of the supports, brackets, cable
ladders, cable trays trunking accessories.
3.3.2 Co-ordinate with other contractor for preparation to the cable
way, positoning to the equipment placing etc.
3.3.3 Time arrangement to start installation.
3.3.4 Explain & discussion with skill or ordinary workers.
3.3.5 Running start & control, push, press, to finish the work in
time, use psychological enforcements.
3.3.6 Record work finish with time & capacity.
Finishing procedure.
3.4.1 Discuss with client or main contractor about finished work
as part of finishing as satisfied or not.
3.4.2 Repairing for defects or satisfactions
3.5 Electrical installation for a project procedure :
3.5.1 Read the all drawings, site plan, location drawings, cable list.
3.5.2 Prepare the cable route for convenient way & supervised the
cable routing.
3.5.3 List out the cable list as easier diagrams & make it clear the cable
laying items.
3.5.4 Organize the cable laying team & supervised the cable laying with
proper cable marking.
3.5.5 Proper cable laying arrangement like beautiful with standard
regulation.
3.5.6 Prepare the cable connection diagram with circuit, catlog etc &
organised the cable termination team.
3.5.7 Before termination all the electrical motors, panels, main & sub-
main panels to be megger & take the proper megger records.
3.5.8 Take care when the termination time as outdoor codition or indoor
condition , if outdoor condition cable entry & weak point for
water entering parts are important, especially sealife condition is
most important.
3.5.9. Mostly until commission and before test run time some miss or
client’s additional requirements cable should be laid again. So that
organised a cable laying team to get it ready.
4.Transportation : There are two type of transportation, first material
sending to the site place & second everyday workers transportations
4.1 Material Transportation : - custom clearance and any red tape
clearance.
- crane or folk clip or any loading / unloading
arrangement.
- take the record fr material handling & receiving like
dammage, wrong with ordered specification.
- any small payment cash items.
4.2 Labour Transportation :
- normal condition workers transportation, record
for normal charges (fuel, etc.), maintenance charges.
- in case condition transportation, like any repairing charges or
uncounted items charges.
5. Testing, Commissioning, Trouble shooting: This is finishing
condition for a project & very complex and difficult condition can be
came out, so it should be need to organise the skill team for any
trouble shooting and at the same time some of the normal ending parts
of the projetcs like lighting installation, project running team also
should organise.
5.1. Use the Engineering common sense to find the trouble.
5.2 Careful about live condition changing the terminal connections.
5.3 Ready portable handtools, meters, test pen, marking pen etc for
mobile moving.
5.4 Take care about communication within team.
5.5 Take care any warning sign and make sure safety condition
before connection changing.
5.6 Make sure any extra order & replacing for sensor, motor etc are
in addition items so that it must be take any signature & V.O.
(varification order).
When testing, commissioning finished , it should be packed
everyitems, balance, handtools, drawings for future references etc.
7. Risky, Insurance, Safety, Penalty & Other self protecting arrangement
7.1Before project starting time it need to study thoroughly to know that the nature of
project. Let say it is very high level construction type it need to prepare about high
level safety precaution & instruments like safety belt, helmet, safety booth etc. for
personel protection & to claim cleanly as insurance policy.
7.2If it is very risky condition to do, first to think about that does it have other ways or
not and then decide that decision upon common factors. If no more other choice
very carefully to take risk.
7.3There are many type of insurance policy, so it must take right choice of insurance
type and claim condition regulation. Normally when you take the risk, it should not
be only self suiside your comapany and insurance company also should include. If
client, consultant and your comapany fly away from risky responsiblity, you also
should not take death penalty.
7.4If other person who have complete authority like consultant, main contractor etc.
ask to take any risky condition, you must record, get witness and how to protect
from any accident. Also it must know about Government's Safety precaution &
regulations act. May be you should do legally in sometime that means you and your
company could get very big penalty or legal action. That means you cover your
backside.
7.1May be sometime client are not pure that should not trust for agreement contract.
You take perfect information from contract agreement and suggest politely. If your
factor are complete your company may get V.O (verification factors) . { Remember

7.2It should follow safety precaution of Government rule, common sense for safety and
notice to workers . Sometime until foreman or skill person also commit the
unforgiven mistake and accident so you should give safety notice as every risky
conditions.
Sometime you may get the penalty, that time you must optimize with client, consultant
to avoid penalty. Also otherhand you must prepare for best team to finish the worst
condition. Penalty can kill your company and your pride
7.1As in summary it must study about following things-
a) Original International Standard e.g. B.S standard, CP standard etc.
b) Local Government's Law & Regulation for safety precautions.
c) Relation condition with police etc. regional authorities.
e) Insurance policy and reulation, history of that insurance company.
f) Contract Agreement & document
g) Standard form for V.O, Signature & condition form in condition
h) Correct legal way to advertise safety precaution signboard.
i) Handnotes, record (photo etc.) for in condition
j) Your best preparation for safety requirements and witness.
k) Emergency condition, Ambulance call no., police call no., safety & labour
government officer call no.
l) Finding how to optimize the worst condition and adjustment ways.
8. Business Mind & Site Budget Arrangement
Normally Site installation work is a type of business which depends on the services another
way technical and professional experience & experting of company. So it should know that
law & nature of marketing of business.
Basic idea is that how can get the cheapest and reliable good masterpiece services, otherwise
maximum or fair optimized service conditions.
