Your work is your worship
And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord
and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will
receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve
the Lord Christ. Col.3:23-24
heartily is word psuche, word breathe, from the idea
of life principle of vitality.
It becomes your offering of worship to God.
You are writing the script of your life based on the
thoughts in your headcarefulwhere are your
thoughts coming from?
As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your
father, and serve Him with a loyal heart and with a
willing mind; for the Lord searches all hearts and
understands all the intent of the thoughts. If you seek
Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him,
He will cast you off forever. 1 Chron. 28:9

You honor God when you honor His calling.
for those who honor Me I will honor, and those
who despise Me shall be lightly esteemed.
1 Sam.2:30
MAKE NO MISTAKE:
Names and titles are importantthey define a
persons role and identity when used correctly.

He who receives you receives Me, and he
who receives Me receives Him who sent Me.
He who receives a prophet in the name of a
prophet shall receive a prophets reward. And
he who receives a righteous man in the name
of a righteous man shall receive a righteous
mans reward. Matt.10:40-41
There are rewards when you honor Gods gift in
you and others. They build and strengthen us.
A culture of honor is created as a community of
people learn to discern and receive people in
their God-given identities.
God gives you names according to your gifts and
callings but people give you aliases according to
their biases.
Whats in a name?(identity)
WHO ARE YOU?
If God came to you like He did to Solomon and
told you that you could have whatever you
wanted, what would you ask for?
What would your dream career look like?

What would you be doing?
Where would you work?
What kind of people would you work with?
What would it feel like? What would it look
like?
What would YOU look like?
What didnt work really well this year? Were
there disappointments?
WHAT WAS GREAT ABOUT THIS FAILURE?
WHAT DID I LEARN FROM THIS?
What difference do I really want to make in
the earth? What do I want my legacy to be?
How do I want to be remembered?
What needs to change in order for my legacy
to align with my vision?
God has His ways of developing a leader.
That development includes a PATTERNPROCESS--
PRINCIPLES
To understand the process, which is principle based,
helps you RESPOND properly.
Your destiny is not something given to you, it is already
locked inside you. When you meet Jesus, He activates
the destiny already in you!
