Negative thinking- critiszing and
complaining will never get results
A person cannot directly choose his
circumstance but he can choose his
thoughts and shape his circumstance
Motivation is the key to changing that

Calculated risks is very important for
growth . If the attitude is there will be
problems , I shall face then and there
success will automatically come.

the staff and guide them in proper

the next week.
