What is an adverb?
An adverb is a word that can modify adjectives or verbs and
transform the context.
Lets identify the adverb:
1) You are very attractive.
2) My dog is too fast for you.
3) My brother is so intelligent.
Adverbs of quantity
Adverbs of quantity modyfies the numbers something may have.
For example, it is not the same:

My dog has much energy. My dog has too much energy
.

Lets see some adverbs of quantity you can
use.
Too many: There are too many monkeys.
Too much: There is too much love.
Enough: That is enough food for me.
More: I want more money.
Few: There are few teachers in this school.
Fewer: There are fewer teacher than last year.
Little: I want little salt in my food.
Less: I want less salt in my food, this is too much.
Lot: I have lots of students.
Plenty: There are plenty of videogames in the world.
Countable and uncountable adverbs

Too many and too much
We use too many with countable nouns, for example:

How many monkeys are there?


There are too many monkeys.

However, we use too much with uncountable nouns, for example:

There is too much water in the river.



Thats too much fire for cooking a pizza.
Few and little
Few is used with countable nouns, for example:

There a few monkeys.

And Little is used with uncountable nouns, for example:

There is Little water in the glass.
