Express counters: For less than 10 products there should be an express counter so as to cater to fast
moving customers.

Introduce online shopping portal for ease of access this has to be clubbed with home delivery. So a proper
logistics system has to be in place before introducing such portal.

Flash slips: A form containing list of products available in the outlet which will be filled by the customers
so that they can get all the required materials at the cash counter and can checkout other stuffs available in
the store.
