A noun can also have a gender, just like you
and I.
Types of genders that nouns can be are:
feminine, masculine, neuter, or indefinite.

Examples:
Feminine nouns:
Masculine nouns:
Neuter nouns:
Indefinite nouns:
mother, sister, hen
father, brother, rooster
foot, water, phone
parent, child, doctor
List three feminine nouns, three masculine
nouns, three neuter nouns, and three
indefinite nouns.
A possessive noun shows ownership.
Singular nouns usually add an apostrophe
and the letter S to the end of the word.
Plural nouns which end with the letter S just
need an apostrophe to make them
possessive.
Write each sentence for each of the following
nouns. Have each of these nouns show
possession.
friend park dog car

Example: My friends house is for sale.
