Firstly,

Sort out how many
sunflowers you want to grow
so you can prepare how
many pots you will need
accordingly.

Try to grow them in spring
or summer when the
weather is very warm.

Then,

Put soil into the small pots
of your choice with the
holes at the base of your
pot.
Make a deep hole with your
finger in the soil afterwards.

The hole must be down the
soil at least 1cm.

Thirdly,

Sow one seed in the hole in
each pot. Make sure to
scatter soil gently on top of
the seed.

Place the pots in a warm
place and water them often.

Watch the leaves starting to
grow from the seeds.

Dont forget to water them
regularly in the pot until they
grow large enough to be planted
outside in the backyard.

.
When the seedling has grown up
to a significant length, plant them
in the backyard or in a bigger
field.

Dig a hole in the ground prior to
planting the seedlings.
Accordingly, turn the pot upside
down and gently squeeze the pot
to loosen the plant.

Finally, place the seedlings into
the ground. Dont forget to
water them afterwards.

.
The plants may be too fragile to
withstand the outside wind and
rain.

Consequently, put sticks into the
ground next to the plant. Tie
strings to the stem and loosely
to the cane.

This way, they will have more
support against the extreme
weather.

The sunflowers will bloom in
approximately about 10 weeks
or so.

Watch them everyday and
measure how tall they can
grow.
