The Program Vision
1. The terms enterprise and entrepreneurship are used interchangeably

The existing university vision, mission and
values form the basis of further developing John
Carrolls entrepreneurship program
The aim in developing the program vision:
to build on the existing program
to differentiate John Carrolls program from that of its
perceived competitors
to identify opportunities to increase participation in the
program (all stakeholders)
to anchor possible growth strategies on a strong
conceptual foundation

uncertainty and complexity of a globalized
world
This involves being able to think and act in an
entrepreneurial way
Social entrepreneurship (as a process):

reading in underprivileged families; science fair
