2-1-1 Game Plan Meeting

The purpose of the 2-1-1 game plan meeting is to spend two hours with your new associate
and make sure they are familiar with the important aspects of their new business, this should
be done in person and within 72 hours of the associate joining your business
The first step of the meeting is to congratulate them on making the decision to become a
Viridian Independent Associate
Find out their why, this is very important because if their why is strong enough they will
focus even harder on following the proven successful system. Their why is also great to
reference during their ups and downs of the business so you can remind them of why they
started their Viridian business in the first place. For example if their why is their kids,
which is stronger -- their desire to avoid some nos or their love for their kids
Let them know if they succeed in this business it is them who will create that success and if
they dont succeed in this business it is going to be them who does not create the success
Let them know you will be there to guide them every step of the way but that you cant do it
for them. You are there to work with them not for them
Let them know your job is to help them learn all aspects of Viridian so they can pass the
information on to their new associates moving forward and emphasize why duplication is
important
Tell them this business will have ups and downs and you will know when its down because
they are not showing up to events, not calling you, they arent on weekly calls, etc.. When
that happens ask them if they want you to leave them alone or for you to be persistent and
remind them why they made the decision to do the business in the first place

Provide Eric Worres book or cd Go Pro to the associate, if a copy is not available download
audio file from www.networkmarketingpro.com or order book from website
Download the STP video from the back office on the associates computer or tablet ( in the back
office under my resources, duplic8 system on left hand side)
Download 3DOM video on associates computer or tablet
Download the Viridian podcast application from itunes on their laptop or tablet if applicable
Show associate the Viridian Learning Center in the back office and its benefits
Review basics of compensation plan ( fast start and mentor bonuses ) and the importance of
becoming a consultant in the first 8 weeks (bonuses and profit sharing pool) and how to achieve
the rank of consultant ( see attached slides )
Have associate take out their utility bill ( if applicable ) and show them how to enter their utility bill
information on their website and be their first customer
Make sure associate knows how to sign up their own personal associates
Call or email up team leader and introduce them to your new associate and exchange up team
leader and associate contact information
Review the associates contact list and focus on the 30 in 30. Go through the memory jogger ( it is
very important that they use the contact list form provided in the pre 2-1-1 training )
Set up Business Partner Meeting (BPM), and Private Business Webinar (PBW)
Review invite scripts with associate and have them contact and invite a minimum of 5 of their
contacts to their BPM and a minimum of 5 to their PBW, this will be the second hour of the 2-1-1
Set follow up meeting approximately 2 weeks after 2-1-1 meeting to review business launch results
( fast start bonus update, PCC and OCC update, review contact/invite list results, next steps,
upcoming events )











30 in 30
The goal in your first 30 days is to have 30 people see the STP video or STP
presentation. This does not mean you have to show it 30 times hence the
importance of having people at your BPM ( Business Partner Meeting )
and your PBW ( Private Business Webinar ). The more people you have at
those two events the better as it will lessen your one on one meetings

The reason this is important is because you want to launch your business
in your first 30 days, build and create momentum and excitement with a
group of people, which will achieve your long term success
By doing this you will be able to most likely get your fast start bonus as
well as be on your way to becoming a consultant. The contacts who see
the business model and are not interested in being an associate will most
likely become your customer because they will now be educated on
energy deregulation and will want to support your business

Scheduling and Inviting to BPM

During the 2-1-1 it is highly recommended that you schedule your Business Partner
Meeting (BPM) with your sponsor or up team and that meeting should take place
within a week of this 2-1-1 training. It is recommended to have this meeting in the
associates home as this is very easy to duplicate. Other options would be at a
restaurant ( most have private rooms ) or in a meeting room at an office
The reason this is important is that the first week in the business is the most
crucial as it can set the tone for your success, you need to launch your business
instead of just starting it, associates who dont have immediate success and dont
hit their fast start bonuses tend to not continue working the business
Get your associates contact list and make sure the top ten A prospects are circled
as you will be working with the associate ( help with a minimum of 5), to invite
these ten people to the BPM you scheduled ( the best time is usually in the
evening or on a Saturday morning )
Business Partner Meeting in Person ( A contacts )

Via text or email, let me know when you have a few minutes for a quick call I
need a favor ( by doing this they are giving you a time when they are available
and they are expecting a conversation instead of catching them off-guard )

Hey _______________ I need a big favor, I just started a new business venture
and I am really excited about it!! I am reaching out to a select few people who I
would love to have as potential business partners and I immediately thought of
you!. I am doing a business overview with all the details on ___________
at____________. Even if it is something you are not interested in I am sure you
will know someone who is and I could really use your business opinion. I respect
your insight and know you can give me some great feedback and advice on the
best way to approach my new business. It would mean the world to me if you
could make it!!

If they are unable at that time see if they are available for your Private Business
Webinar day and time, if not ask when they can be in front of a computer for 30
minutes and set up a one on one stp
Scheduling and Inviting to PBW (
Private Business Webinar)

During the 2-1-1 it is highly recommended that you schedule your Private Business
Webinar (BPW) with your sponsor or up team and that meeting should take place
within a week of this 2-1-1 training. Once you have the day and time ( evening or
Saturday morning works best), your up team will set up the webinar and send the
link for you to send your contacts who confirmed they will attend. The reason this
is important is that the first week in the business is the most crucial as it can set
the tone for your success, you need to launch your business instead of just starting
it, associates who dont have immediate success and dont hit their fast start
bonuses tend to not continue working the business
It is very important to call each contact 10 minutes before the webinar to make
sure they have the log-in information and will be attending
Get your associates contact list and make sure the top 20 B prospects are circled
as you will be working with the associate ( help with a minimum of 5), to invite
these 20 people to the PBW you scheduled

and they have produced a 13 minute video that explains the business much better than I can
and I dont want to leave anything out. I am looking forward to hearing your feedback and
advice and it might even be something you have interest in as I am also looking for potential
business partners to work with

You are going to have some questions, everyone always has 2 or 3 questions they write
down ( have pen and paper available) and because I am new instead of trying to answer
them myself I have my business partner ___________________ available by phone who has
been doing this much longer than me who will be able to answer the questions and it will
also help me gain more valuable experience and I would love for you to meet him or her,
would that be ok?

Never send the video to a contact as they will most likely be distracted when watching and it
is usually hard to get them back on the phone as most people are very busy
