Vinod Kala
Founder
He holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, and an MBA from the Indian
Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Before he founded EVI, Vinod spent two decade as a business consultant, handling cross-
border mergers and acquisitions, large-scale financial re-engineering, and the launching of
new products and ventures.
Ashutosh
Pandey
CEO
Ashutosh is a chemical engineer from HBTI, Kanpur and holds a master's degree from the
Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Under his leadership, EVI has grown from its first assignment to a project presence in more
than 23 countries across four continents today. He is an expert on the climate change &
renewables related issues.

He implemented the first ever wind farm project in India; more than 25 years of experience
in Wind and other renewable sources and he is former secretary of India Wind Energy
Association; Active participant in World Wind Energy Association (WWEA), International
Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and he ia a Treasurer of WWEA (World Wind Energy
Association) and Chairman - World Wind Energy Technology Platform.
Atul Sanghal

Consulting
Atul is a Mechanical Engineer and also has a Masters degree in Energy and Environment
from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from MDI Gurgaon. He is a
certified energy auditor from BEE, Bureau of Energy Efficiency. With more than 15 years of
industry experience, Atul is a well known expert on climate change, carbon markets, urban
development issues.
