and discrete.

creations,drawings or sculptures and
architectural designs. It can also include
technicals works like a computer software
or electronics data to protect it from piracy
or unauthorised copying.

Copyrights are said to be terretorial which

means that they do not extend beyond the
territory of a specifc state unless that state
is a party to an internationals agreement.

passed in the year 1!".

Today however, this is less relevant

since most countries are parties to at

Copyrights do not continue
