INTRODUCTION

The traffic in the city is increasing day by day due to
population improper town planning which is making city
not fit to live .We need to provide a solution for this by
providing improved transportation technique
HEAVY TRAFFIC IN THE CITY
The solution for this are:

Follow the existing roads but should take very less space
Have rail based mass transit capacity
Does not divide city
Does not derail and no capsizing of coches
Free from vandalism
Noise free & pollution free
Skybus metro: Skybus metro is the new rail
System which consists of an elevated track
with car suspended below the track

Sky Bus is an improved Railway Technology, eliminating the
problems of existing metro rail system.

The sky bus technology offered by Konkani railway corporation . It
redefine the thinking and planning for urban transport being a eco-
friendly.

It is the patented technology developed for new millennium and will
cause a paradigm shift in urban transportation all over the world..

structure carried
over a series of piers
at a height of 8-10m
above existing road
level. two rails fixed
with fastenings
within the concrete

guide the sky bogie

It is incorporated with
the bogies of 3 phase
alternating current
motors with
regenerative power
capability

Double walled light
shells with large
windows are
suspended from the

SKYBUS IN NEAR FUTURE
After the successful test run of the skybus on its track built in
Goa (Margaon).The Indian railways has recognized its work
efficiency and found it as future Mass transit system in the
urban areas.
The skybus is proposed by Indian railways in India in following cities
Hyderabad , Pune , Mumbai, Bangalore ,Chennai , Delhi, etc.
CONCLUSION
Skybus is an improved railway technology , eliminates
the problem of city suffering from heavy traffic.
Pollution free & Noise free transportation.

Ultimately life is more precious than any other thing
hence we need to give safer transportation facility
along with it economy also play important role.
