Lesson conducted by a group of expert teachers or
skillful in various fields to form a teaching team.
Jointly plan to implement and evaluate all the
teaching activities from start to finish.

Variety of materials and teaching resources, sequential linking the
learning that has gone through the techniques and strategies can be
shared by teachers through ICT such as internet, e-mail, video
conferences and so.
The sharing of information, resources, materials and experience
will be able to solve issues and problems by teachers via e-mail.

Division (BPG) is

perform In-Service
Training (INSET)/ In-
Service Course (KDP)
Teachers who are
serving in primary

and can be as long
as a 1 year course.

mostly carried out in
Institute of Teacher
Education (IPG).
THE OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE
o To expose teachers to the latest innovations in the field
of education.
o Intended to meet current demands and requirements.
o Improve the quality of teaching in the classroom by
offering courses related to emotional and spiritual
management, addressing discipline and behaviour
problems in children with Reality Therapy and best
practises in classroom.
Equip teachers with the competence to enable them to create an
effective learning environment among teachers and exposes to
criteria of conducive learning environment, development of
resources and teaching aids are effective, attractive and introduce
activities that stimulate the mind for the expansion of
psychosocial students.
Inculcate in teachers that learning is a process. Lifelong learning
to upgrade their skills through courses that equip teachers with
strong leadership self-motivation and courses related to the
content knowledge and pedagogical style.
Enable teachers to cope with the challenges that exist in the field
of education.
Complete knowledge and awareness of teachers in educational
policies and the government should be adjusted to the current
trends and changes.

IN-SERVICE TRAINING DUTIES FOR SCHOOL
COMMITTEE
Planning, manage and conduct.
1. Review the needs for INSET among PPP at school level.
2. Information form LDP JPN unit & coordinator LDP PPD and
disseminate information to PPP in school.
3. Suggests course that related to the need of the school to JPN.
4. Expenditure performance report to PPD in the end of the month.
5. Preparing courses/training/workshop information in school level.
6. LDP filing is updated from time to time.

7. Reporting card is updated.
8. Updating information/ teachers data related to LDP in school, in the
data system and at every time courses is conducted and submitted to PPD
when asked.
9. Conducting meeting LDP Committee at school level.
10. LDP Committee will attend meeting in PPD level when called.
11. Plan and conduct in-house training at school level.
12. Conducting professional day at school level.
13. Keeping application form related to courses and training from BPG
KPM and other departments.
14. Giving cooperation to LDP JPN unit.
