HOW? No specific rules or guideline. It the interpersonal relationship between parents and children. The method/relationships is highly personal. What may works between few parents and children may not for certain parents and children. Before manage our children, we should we manage our self. How? With 10 commitment that will make us a better parent:- a) Commitment taking care of our self. Staying happy, patient and encouraging. Self-nurturing into your life e.g. go to bed early, eat healthfully, thinking positive and calm yourself. b) Commit to loving the one youre with Kids who feel loved and cherished thrive. Kids who thrive feel loved and cherished for exactly who they are e.g. when a child live in the loving surrounding, they will become a loving children. c) Commit to staying connected We have to repeatedly reconnect Always hug you child the first thing in the morning and when say goodbye. d) Commit to role modeling respect Speak to your kid respectfully Always the model to your kids. e) Commit to teaching emotional intelligence Help kids learn to manage their emotions by teaching them self-soothe f) Commit to looking for needs behind your childs behavior Motivates your child to be independence. g) Commit to guidance rather punishment Address needs rather than focusing on misbehavior.
