What friends can do?

What friends cant do?

Do you remember any stories about
friendship?

Youve got a friend
When you're down and troubled
And you need some loving care
And nothing, nothing is going right
Close your eyes and think of me
And soon i will be there
To brighten up even your darkest night.

You just call out my name
And you know wherever I am
I'll come running to see you again
Winter, spring, summer or fall
All you have to do is call
And I'll be there
You've got a friend .

If the sky above you
Grows dark and full of clouds
And that old north wind begins to blow
Keep your head together
And call my name out loud
Soon you'll hear me knocking at your door

You just call out my name
And you know wherever I am
I'll come running to see you again
Winter, spring, summer or fall
All you have to do is call
And I'll be there
Ain't it good to know that you've got a friend.

When people can be so cold
They'll hurt you and desert you
And take your soul if you let them
Oh, but don't you let them

You just call out my name
And you know wherever I am
I'll come running to see you again
Winter, spring, summer or fall
All you have to do is call
And I'll be there
You've got a friend.

According to the song, what can and
can not do in a friendship?

The importance of music and songs
in language learning
The singing of songs resembles what Piaget
described as egocentric language, in which
children talk, with little concern for an
addressee. They simply enjoy hearing
themselves repeat. It could be that the
need for egocentric language never really
leaves us and is fulfilled party through song.
Krashen has suggested that this
involuntary repetition may be a
manifestation of Chomskys language
acquisition device. It seems our brains
have a natural propensity to repeat
what we hear in our environment in
order to make sense of it.
Effective learning is an emotional
experience. When a child encounters
new words and structures for the first
time it is important that he/she feels
an emotional need for this new
language, and when he/she should
continue to feel totally emotionally
involved in the learning process.
