1. Subscribe should camp in 3G while in Dual Mode, but it always camped in 2G In Spot 1 area(Macory),
tested the 3G only mode and found the root cause is due to 3G Quality issue(present in next page).
2. In Spot 2 (Noth ABOBO) ,Coverage is no good both 2G and 3G ,new site was recommended .

1. Combing the LAC &TA&Island distribution ,we found lots of overshooting cells in 2G such as spot 3&spot4&spot5, generally it should limit the TA<2 in urban city.
As per the above figure, it obvious showed that the interlaced LAC caused by the unreasonable TA. 2G RF optimization service should be implement.
2. 3G RF optimization Service was recommended due to band Pilot pollution issue(present in next page).

3. Drop call in 2G Cell ID=3521 due to 2G Co-BCCH parameter setting issue ; these call established at CI=3521/Bcch=116, then handover to Bcch=685, finally
handover to Bcch=691 and droped. the Rxlev/Quality/C/I is good from the establishment to drop call. Will check the parameter setting

(1).Drop call in 3G Cell PSC=166 UARFCN=10637,and trigger so much handover due to the weak .No good primary service cell here, should start the RF
adjustment to set one primary service cell here.
(2).Already trigger the 2D event, but no handover to 2G, will double check the IRATHO neighbor.
