Introduction
The term learning organisation was coined by Peter
Senge (1990) and may be understood as the continuous testing of
experiences, and the transformation of those experiences into
knowledge-accessible to the entire organisation and relevant to its
core purpose.

Definition
A Learning organisation is one in which people at all levels,
individually and collectively, are continually increasing their
capacity to produce result they really care about.
