Alarm Type
Fault Alarm

Fault alarms are generated when a hardware failure occurs or

some important function is exceptional.
A clear alarm corresponding to fault alarm will be reported after
fault alarm is cleared.
Event alarm

Event alarms are alarms of occasional events and generated

during the operation of the equipment.
No clear alarm corresponds to an event alarm.

Saving Alarms Manually

Step 1: Select alarms in the Alarm Browse windows or Alarm Log

Query Results window.

Step 2: Right-click in the window and select Save Selected alarms

or Save All Alarms to save all the alarms in the windows.

Step 3:Select or enter a file name

Step 4:Click Save

Step 1: Right-click the alarms in the Alarm Browse window or

Alarm Log Query Results window and select Print Selected

Alarms or Print All Alarms.

Manually Clearing Alarms

Select the alarm to be cleared

CtrlDelete
Click OK
Deleting Cleared Alarms

In the Alarm Browse window in the LMT, press the key Shift
or Ctrl to select the cleared alarms
Right-click to select Clear All Cleared Alarms to delete the
selected cleared alarms
