INTRODUCTION
Microblogging is a form of blogging
characterized by a limiting length of short
sentences and links.
It usually requires most often a character
limit of 140 characters per post.
These are small content of messages,
images and video links are called
Microposts.
HISTORY OF MICROBLOGGING
Early ancestors of microblogs were referred to as
Tumblelogs.
Which was coined my Jason Kottke in October 2005.
The term microblogging became more prominent in 2006
after the inception of Twitter by its founder Jack Dorsey.
