drives your attention towards yourself.
You start to look in to your self and
search your strong and weak qualities in
the form of attributes/traits of both
positive and negative types.
It is possible only after doing proper
introspection that you are able to realize
and concede the fact that there was
something basically wrong with you and

and self appraisal which are basically
parts of the introspective process.

to cross hurdles in my way?
What are my limitations which can restrict my growth or
cause fall and failure in my career?
What type of control and remedial measures should I apply
for correcting weakness and certain drawbacks in my
nature?
