Role of Community Institutions:
Primary Groups- for internal resource mobilisation, linkage
building with institutional finance, addressing village level

Intermediate and Apex- for process extension and to act as
pressure group on PRI & Govt. offices and facilitate linkages as
well as advocacy initiatives
