Component Description
RADCOMs solution involves several
components, however the most important aspect
of the solution involves:
Performer Servers the hardware appliance that
collects the various records for QManager.
QManager which is an Oracle database.
QConsole an application for database
management.
Cognos business intelligent software for collecting
data from multiple sources & reporting.
QExpert- Cognos-based Web console.
Session View an expert application that isolates
anomalies quickly and efficiently.
