- Crystal Reports Page Server retrieves requested Crystal Report from either the Input or Output FRS
- Crystal Reports Page Server opens report and determines if the report has saved data
- If no data, Crystal Reports Page Server processes report

- Report is held in memory until 60 min idle time is reached
