TOYOTA WAY Hints

- It is well known that there is
Andon Problem Display Board
at the TOYOTAs production line.
- If any abnormal cases happened
the operator pulls the Andon cord, and
then the display lights start blinking and the line stops.
- This Andon make it possible for all the operators and the
supervisors to share the information at the same time
as the common realization.

Visual information is much more efficient to

understand than Verbal or Letter information.
