Technical textiles at a glance

Mehler Texnologies produce and was the first in Europe in
developing PVC coated PES fabric with weldable PVDF top coat,
since more then 15 years.
Our technical textiles are an high tech bundle of performances:
Top coat upgraded PVDF MEHATOP F1
TiO2 nano-titan reinforced primer
Main coat UV stable high quality PVC
Yarn adhesion layer
Base fabric special densely woven low-wick yarns

Optimized benefits and performances

Measurement of light transmission at 550 nanometers is giving real transmission grade.

13

Implemented white index and surface

Implementation with Titaniumdioxide primers and improved UV stability

b. Practical support to the tensile

architecture industry

18

An easy approach to tensile structures design:

Mehler Tensile DrawLT

Compatible and easy to use: the program as uniqueAUTOCAD&RHINO

plug-in and will give architects and planner the possibility in design 3-D
membrane roofs and get first relevant information at very preliminary design
stage.

Mehler TensileDrawLT skilled advantages: less files exportation

MehlerTD is an useful help in 3D model design: it
can simulate well balanced force
stress distribution on the membrane surface
without complicating file exportation and related
compatibly problems.
Every node of the mesh
is force-balanced in all
3D space direction.

3 D Model

Tensile structure

The application can calculate the form of

complex geometry fabric structures thanks
to the generation of a warp and weft beam
mesh reproducing orthotropic behavior of
fabric
material.
