Open BOB Catalog PET

Type SKU you want to change in the Search tab, on the tab next by, choose SKU (simple)
When the search is done, click on the SKU showed up

When the menu shows up, click on Simples

Click on the SKU (any where on that blue line) to go to the next step

When this menu shows up, click on Price & Tax

tab
Change price to New RRP, change Special Price to
New SP according to the Rep-ricing file Gdoc
Remember to change Special from and Special
to accordingly
Click Save Simple then SAVE on the
background menu

Click Approve Go click Yes on the

Quality Control question
Click Approve once again Done

Download BI on Phoenix, open BI, open repricing file excel
Copy and paste all SKUs on Repricing File gdoc by each category
at a time to repricing file excel, first column
Copy and New RRP (if specified) and New RP

Paste New RRP (if specified) and New RP to repricing file excel to
second & third column
Remember to update special from to the day of update

Copy the first 6 columns of repricing file excel (A-F) to

repricing file CSV format: to copy, right click dn c

Open BOB Catalog MDH Import (Beta)

Import Mode >> Update Exiting products
In Du tch trng, change to semi-colon ;
In Du tch vn bn, change to semi-colon ;
Then click OK

Attribute set >> look at repricing excel column I for attribute set
CSV file: Repricing file CSV format
Click Submit

Generally, all the lines will be green; if red recheck the procedures (e.g
wrong attribute)
Click Import products Done

Create a file with 3000 SKUs we dont have competitor link and upload the file on priceweave

5. Seller email competitor data

Use latest LCP report, get all link that we have. One SKU one link. In case, the SKUs have both main competitor link and grey
competitor link, we prioritize main competitor link
Format file is below. Save the file as csv in open office program. It includes 5 columns : sku,competitor name,
competitor_price, url, pet_approved
In case, SKUs are white label or exclusive products we will input Exclusive in column url

Update file : Go to Bob.lazada.vn/catalog/ product import/ Seller email competitor data/Browse/Upload file

Open BOB Content Product Boost

Search SKU config

7.1 Boosting for 1 SKU

Change boosting score and enter

Download boosting file as

CSV

Open boosting file by Open-office Calc then copy column A & E to

other excel file

Filter and delete all SKUs without boosting

score

Vlookup cat 1, cat 2, brand or supplier from Total

consolidation and implement on excel
After processing data, copy SKUs and boosting scores
to new file and save as CSV format
Import in BOB system Done

8. Updating campaign list

Get ID campaign
Download current Campaign list from Phoenix (if it has) : (Marketing
List Campaign)

Select Mass upload -> Choose the file, and select the
newest file, then submit

Go to Phoenix Pricing Scrapper, then select

Scrapper all or any Competitor you want Click red
button Scrapper

9.3. Export
Go to Phoenix Pricing View All Price
Comparison

Select Export All, then Save

Done
