OBJEKTIF
Meningkatkan kualiti dan amalan pengajaran dan pembelajaran
guru-guru SK KAPIT.
Menyediakan peluang berlakunya aktiviti perkongsian ilmu,
kepakaran dan bekerjasama dalam kalangan guru-guru SK
KAPIT.
Mewujudkan semangat kerja berpasukan dan meningkatkan
ketrampilan profesionalisma guru-guru SK KAPIT.

PERLAKSANAAN PLC SK KAPIT

Melibatkan semua Panitia mata pelajaran teras di SK Kapit.
Program PLC SK Kapit diteraju oleh Pentadbir Sekolah dan
dibantu oleh Penyelaras PLC sekolah dan Ketua-ketua
panitia mata pelajaran teras.
Setiap program PLC mata pelajaran teras akan diberi toolkit
untuk tujuan dapatan hasil program.
