horizontal visibility;
above data should collect for recent 3 years( for class assessment)
or 1 year ( for & class assessment) ;
above data can direct collect from the meteorological station located
in the evaluation area or should be used after comparative analysis
of geographical condition.

The maximum ground hourly concentration of air environmental
protection goal, predictive points and predictive area in long term
meteorological condition;
The maximum ground hourly concentration of air environmental
protection goal, predictive points and predictive area in annual hourly
or sub-hourly meteorological condition for accidental emission;
The air quality during construction period which was more than 1 year.
