>It Provides more benefit( made up of
Bioplastic,so once ink is finished, it can be
recycled and reused again) than Matador
Ballpoint pen(once ink is finished it cannot be
recycled and reused again)
>And therefore saves both our manufacture
cost and Consumers expense cost.

Channel Differentiation:As we are producing in large quantitites,we will

not be able to sell our products directly to our


consumers.So,we will be using the Indirect
Marketing Channel.
As such, we will sell our products to Wholesalers
and Retailers, who will then sell it to the
consumers.
This enables us to share our cost and carry our
inventory.
Will be able to cover more Geography and gain
additional sales force.

Manufacturing Process
Ball point pens are made to order in large

quantities
The basic steps include- ink compounding,
metal component formation, plastic
component molding, piece assembly,
packaging, labeling, and shipping .
The ink is manufactured in a designated
area in the plant. Raw materials are mixed
in a vat and mixed thoroughly depending
on the type of ink.

The point and reservoir is then

placed on the plastic body of the pen


Other finishing touches include
adding color and patterns to each
finished pen
The finished pens are then
packaged, boxed and sold to
wholesalers and retailers.

Legal & Ethical Issues


While the Matador
Ballpoint pen does
not have much of a
feature, it has many
bad attributes:1)The Design is too
simple
2) Made up of NonBiodegradable Plastic

3)It is made up of a
mixture of different
chemicals including
polypropylene,poly
ester,etc,which is not
suitable of recycling.
4)Its ink is mainly oilbased and contains
potentially dangerous
biocides that is
harmful to both
humans and
environment.
