HISTORY
The first human settlement in the history of Dubai was in
approximately 3000 BC, when the area was inhabited
by nomadic cattle herders.

LEGAL
Discrimination law:-UAE's criminal and civil courts apply elements of
Sharia law, codified into its criminal code and family law, in a way which
discriminates against women.
Consumer law:- It is essential for the customers to ask for the detailed
prices and charges against all the handymen services provided by a
company.
Antitrust Law: It aim to prohibit and penalise anticompetitive agreements,
abuse of dominant position within a given market and provides a
framework for merger control and regulation .
Employment Law:- Most jobs in Dubai have a probationary period of
between one month and one year. Some say the law says no, but people
have successfully resigned from their jobs at short notice during probation.
Health and Safety Law:-The Dubai Municipality also regulates the emirates
environmental code. These regulations differ for each industry and cover
topics such as hazardous waste, environmental permits for different
sectors, the import of dangerous goods, and environmental building codes .

There are two types of courts in UAE one which is
looking after criminal commercial and civil issues
called secular courts
There is another type of court called Islamic court
which looks after family and religious matters.

ENVIRONMENT
UAE has a tropical desert Climate because of its location within
the Northern desert belt.
Summers are extremely hot and humid, with an average high
around 40 C (104 F) and overnight lows around 30 C (86 F).
Most days are sunny throughout the year. Winters are warm and
short with an average high of 23 C (73 F) and overnight lows of
14 C (57 F).
Rain reaching 150 mm (5.91 in) per year. Most of the rainfall
occurs in the December to March period.
