is to help international students to save

application website, instead of
searching around looking for it.

What is the purpose of
international student online
application?



The purpose of the application is to determine whether
your qualifications grant you admission to the program of
your choice. If this is the case, you will receive a formal
statement of admission and a registration pack. You will
need the admission statement to finalize your
registration as a student.

 Task 1: Our main task is focusing on online application system. Instead of
searching around for the international student’s application system, we
create link on the main page of the website to direct the user to
the main page of the application system.

 Task 2: Our main task is to help user easier to get use of the online
application system by using international language which is English to
be understandable to the user.

 Task 3: We make the instruction of the registration simple and straight

for words by providing some examples for to make the way of filling in
the form will be more clearer. On the international student application
system we provide two icons, one for undergraduate and the other
for postgraduate students. The user have to choose according to his
level of the studies by click to one of the icons and it will link to the
main page of the application form. After completing the form the user
have to click the submit button to send the data.

 Task 4: User will receive an e-mail state that his
application is complete or incomplete. If it is
complete, it will assess for admission and we will
providing user name and password for them to check
the application states. If it is incomplete, we will
explain in the e-mail what further actions that they
can choose.

 Task 5:If the user get the approval of studies, he has

to approve his acceptance letter within two weeks
from the receiving mail.

