The state shall establish, maintain, and support a complete,
adequate, and integrated system of education relevant to
the needs of the people and society.
Article XIV, Section 3 (2), 1987 Philippine Constitution:
All educational institutions shall inculcate patriotism and
nationalism, foster love of humanity, respect for human rights,
appreciation of the role of national heroes in the historical
development of the country, teach the rights and duties of
citizenship, strengthen ethical and spiritual values, develop moral
character and personal discipline, encourage critical and creative
thinking, broaden scientific and technological knowledge and
promote vocational efficiency.

ECCD Law, RA 8900, to rationalize the overlap in the ECCD Law and
the Kindergarten Education Act, and to mainstream Special
Education
Higher Education Act, RA 7722, to ensure seamless integration
from primary and secondary, to higher education
TESDA Law, RA 7796, to develop laboratories for entrepreneurship,
technical and vocational skills development in on-the-job training
(OJT)
Localization Law, RA 8190, to provide for a more efficient and
effective recruitment of teachers for the k to 12 Program
