INTRODUCTION
Transportation in Malaysia was control by Ministry of

Transport.
The Ministry of Transport in Malaysia was established in
1956.
Main function is to plan, devise and implement policies
with regards to rail, maritime, aviation transportation
and ports.
Beside that, it is also provide - individual vehicle
license such private cars, business, pilot for aviationd
maritime and others.
Main objective is to provide a supply driven integrated
transport network infrastructure.
Also to provide an excellent and safe seamless public
and cargo transportation .

Government agency that was formed under

theMalaysian Ministry of Transport in 1969.


The DCA is established as an agency under the
Ministry of Transport (MOT) Malaysia to provide
safe, efficient and orderly flow of air transportation,
and to regulate aviation activities in Malaysia.
The rapid expansion of Malaysias aviation and air
transport industries is largely due to the pragmatic
approach taken by DCA in ensuring compliance to
standards and recommended practices of the
International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

Previously headquartered in Damansara Heights

(Bukit Damansara),Kuala Lumpur,its head office is


now inPutrajaya.
The Aviation Security Unit of the Airport Standard

Division of the Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia


was established after theMalaysian Airline System
Flight 653incident atTanjung Kupang

Malaysia Airports Berhad was incorporated in 1991.
Consists of International and Domestic Airport that

It was officially opened to public on Friday, 9 May

2014by the Yang di-Pertuan AgongTuanku Abdul

The terminal is located some 2 kilometers away


from KLIA's Main Terminal Building (MTB), and it has

Malaysian Airline System(MAS) founded on 1 May 1946

is a majorairlineoperating flights fromKuala Lumpur

In 1947, the airline began as Malayan Airways, being
renamed Malaysian Airways after Malaysia gained
independence. After that, it changed its name once more
toMalaysia-Singapore Airlines. MSA ceased operations in
1972, and two airlines were born that is currently as
Malaysian Airline System(MAS) andSingapore Airlines(SIA).

Malaysia Airlines is theflag carrier ofMalaysiaand

Officially, getting to Malaysia is easy with over 40
