Background
Advantages of BTS3606C:
If the BTS3606C has the same configuration as
the BTS3606, its size is smaller than BTS3606 by
40%, and its weight is smaller than the BTS3606
by about 60%.
Compared with the BTS3606E/3606AE, the
BTS3606C has smaller capacity and needs lower
cost.

Broad coverage
The total transmit power from the top of the cabinet is 60W.
The maximum of three ODU soft BTSs can be cascaded, and effectively spread the coverage of signals.
Reliability design
Supporting 1+1 active and standby swap over mode of the BCIM boards and the BCKM boards.
Optimizing the detection mechanism of BTS standing wave alarms and obtaining the standing wave alarms
through the alarm LED.
Supporting the reverse frequency sweep, performing real-time collection and statistics about the interference
information of the reverse channels and radio channels.
Flexible networking
Supporting the ATM transmission interface mode based on E1/T1 and the IP transmission interface mode based
on E1/T1 and FE (Ethernet).
Supporting the networking modes such as star, chain, tree, timeslot, IP networking, and cascading ODU soft BTS

STDM
STDM consists of two radio frequency function modules including SDFU
and STRM:
SDFU:
Three-way radio frequency transceiver duplexer and three-way low
pass filter.
Coupling test of transmission and reception signals.
Anti-lightning protection function.
STRM:
In the forward link, STRM receives the baseband signals from the
baseband subsystem, and converts the baseband signals into radio
frequency signals through frequency selection, amplifying, and filtering
and channel selection. Then STRM sends signals from the power amplifier
module and radio frequency front end module to the antenna subsystem.
In the reverse link, STRM receives the main and diversity reception
signals from the antenna subsystem, converts the main and diversity
reception signals into baseband signals through down-conversion,
amplifying, filtering, and power driving, and then sends the baseband
signals to the baseband subsystem for processing.
In addition, STRM receives each type of management and configuration
information

SPAM
The SPAM module includes three SPAB boards and one SPMB board.
Three SPAB boards respectively amplifies the downlink signals of three sectors.
The SPMB board processes the signals reported by three SPAB boards and
guarantees the normal operation of the SPAB boards.

Power system
The SPSU has the following functions:
Conversion from -48VDC to +24V DC.
Under-voltage monitoring and fault alarm reporting of the power
module.
The system can be configured with a maximum of five SPSUs.
