Statement Of Problem
There

are several problems arise

with the learning facilities.

Expectation

from the FPPSM

SPACE Student is to get good
service deemed commensurate
with the fees charged.

Objective Of Study
To

find out the adequacy of the

conveniences provided.

To

find out the effectiveness of the UTM to

address the malfunction of learning tools
in FPPSM.

To

determine the level of FPPSM SPACE

student satisfaction on the level of
compatibility between the facilities
provided by the fees charged.

To

know whether equipment failure

disrupting the learning process.

METHODOLOGY

Students.
Data Qualitative were performed.

CONCLUSION
Almost

all students FPPSM SPACE students

expect that the facilities and services provided
to them is a good quality, which is
commensurate with a relatively high fees
charged to them.

We

found that the lack of learning facilities at in

the Faculty of Management and Human
Resource Development (FPPSM) does not meet
the satisfaction of FPPSM SPACE students and
this is very clear that the respondents felt that
learning equipment often failure is interfere
their learning process.
