January 2014 in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Owned by the proud owner which is Mr. Suhairi Fitri
which holds barchelor degree in engineering from
Michigan University and master degree in computer
science from Stanford University. He is certified
electronic technician from various companies.

channels around the world.
To have costumer satisfaction 100% is also our main goal as to find a
new ways to exceed costumer aspectation by lowest cost possible.

Company Summary
Background
NOOB TECH founded by Mr. Suhairi Fitri in Jan 2014. Main
headquarters are at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Mr. Suhairi
gets the idea to develop this company after realize that
current satellite broadcasting company in Malaysia
provide limited channels for Malaysian citizen
Resource and Equipment
NOOB Tech was basically based on a small single board
computer called Raspberry Pi based in the United
Kingdom which later been added with our software to
maximize its performance and function. The Raspberry Pi

 Marketing methods
NOOB Tech estimate to reach sales of 350 units or equivalent to
RM70,000 in the first year. Follows are our marketing methods:
1. Satisfied customers are our best marketing tool. When a customer
leaves our shop knowing that they have a fulfilled day, our
company names and reputation stand on its own
2. As a low cost strategy, we will seek to purchase parts in large
number whenever possible to take advantage to volume discounts
3. Improve company websites. An amount of RM200 have been set
aside to established this purposed. The site must have a shopping
carts availability to allow an online secured credit card transactions
4. Advertise in local newspaper
5. Provide free delivery and construct service to the costumers house

Costumer Analysis
There are approximately 9 million household in
Malaysia. Our target are Malaysian citizen that have
high connection speed especially in developing cities
such as Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.
Supporting costumers cost almost nothing as costumers
can be reached by using Whatsapp and Facebook.

NOOB Tech basically is the product of Raspberry Pi Foundation that based in
UK. Later it has been added software that specially function as media
streamer to maximize its performance and function. This technology enables
everyone to experience the excitement to watch almost all television channel
from around the world. As the size of a credit card, its easy to bring anywhere.
It only need a stable internet connection to function and cant be affect by
weather.
NOOB Tech is very easy to use. Just put on the television or monitor, then
connect NOOB Tech with HDMI cable, then its show every channel around the
world. NOOb Tech will be backup by group of professionals technical service
and proactive costumer service provider 24/7.
With all the advantage, we are looking to sell NOOB Tech in price range of
