SUGGETION
USHA has to cut down there products price in
comparison to there competitors as this is the main
influence for switching over to other brands.
After sales services of USHA are not up to the mark
because of which dealers are not dealing with their
products at large scale.
They have to enhance the quality of their products to
become the market leader.
They should provide better margin and services to the
dealers .
The Usha ShriRam Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Should focus on
the advertisement to become known in the market.
Limtitation
Carrying out the present study. Some of the limitations I
found and difficulties encountered can be enumerated as
under: Annual reports and journals in the company was
not readily available. Due to time and budgetary
constraint ,the sample size was restricted. The salesmen
at the outlets showed their discontent with the tight
schedule. Most of the retail respondents showed their
discontent with the company for its unsystematic
distribution, replacement, short supply, incentives,
margin and so they were reluctant to talk about the
company. People of the region were not conscious about
the survey, so they were not much supportive.
