time, it controls how long a report consumers web
browser can remain idle before the user is prompted
for re-authentication.

Data Store:

Data store contains all the operational information for

a server. It contains 5 database files that will be
created during installation. This software is installed
with Impromptu web Server

Use Distribution shuttle Builder to Create Report Sets

Create A Posting Folder - where you want the reports to
be copied
Open Distribution Shuttle Builder
Specify the present location of the Reports
Enter the location of the Posting Folder
Click the POST button
- now the Report Set will be created and posted to
the destination folder

Use Report Administration to publish a report set

Publishing a report set involves extracting

report sets from the posting folder and
placing it in the location specified for the
Reports Server.

Open Report Administrator
Choose Publish Report from Tools Menu
Specify the location of Posted folder,
Store Location, Payload locator file
Click ok to publish the reports

Report

Once the reports are published , its status can be

seen from the Report Administrator

Once the reports are published, it can be scheduled

to run

hourly
daily
weekly
monthly
yearly through Report Administrator.

view the reports from their browser.
